Tipsy Gov is a game of strategy. You must hold on to your cards early in the game to suceed.

The goal is to collect as many Trump Cards as possible. You never know when a Villain will appear, so avoiding turns also increases your chance of winning.

Counting & Analysis

The more you keep track of how many cards are in the deck and the more you pay attention, the better your odds of avoiding losing.

Mechanics of the Game

There is no guaranteed strategy to win the game. It merely depends on strategy and luck. If you believe that the Villain is coming up, try your best to skip your turn if you don't have a "Trump Card".
